The Museum offers a variety of birthday party options
to suit your child’s age and interests!
Your guests will have 2 hours of play, starting with 60 minutes of free exploration of various exhibits, including Build Your Own Rollercoaster, Play Pretend Stage, Rigamajig, Maker Space, and Pool Noodle Pixel Wall. Then, enter your private birthday room with a party facilitator for 60 minutes for the Happy Birthday celebration!

Birthday Essentials
Each party includes 45 minutes with a party facilitator and a private room for the Happy Birthday celebration! After your party is booked, our party facilitator will arrange any add-ons to your package, including pizza, cake/cupcakes, and beverage items.
Enhance your Party With Interactive Workshops
For an interactive experience, consider adding on a workshop led by Museum party educators. Your guests still get Museum 15 minutes of free museum exploration before enjoying their workshop. Workshop themes include:
Silly Slime: Guests create non-toxic slime they bring home for hours of fun. (recommended for ages 3 and up)
Play-Doh: Guests have a blast molding, shaping, and sculpting their colorful designs to take home a souvenir. (recommended for ages 3 and up)
Paint Extravaganza: Guests create unique paint mixtures and pour them into a beautiful original design. (recommended for ages 3 and up)
Arts + Crafts: Guests become designers, creating and decorating royal crowns to celebrate any special event.
Guests Can Stay & Play at the Museum
After the party, your guests can enjoy as much time as they'd like in the Museum, and they can even arrive before the party to spend as much time as they want in our hands-on exhibits.

All packages include up to 25 friends and one adult per friend.
What You Need to Know!
Museum Play Party: $500 members/$600 non-members
Add-on Workshop: $200
Add-on Food, Cake/Cupcakes, and Beverages: After you book your birthday, we will send you food options at an additional cost.
Parking: $7/car; parking is in Playland’s lot. Playland charges $20-30 per car when it is open ~ from May to September, but the Museum has negotiated a discounted rate of $7/car for the birthday party package.
Parking is complimentary if booked ~ from October to April or when Playland is closed!

Weekends + Federal/School Holidays: 9:30 to 11:30, 12 to 2, and 2:30 to 4:30
Weekday Afternoons: 2:30 to 4:30

BIRTHDAY PARTY CANCELLATION POLICY
If the Birthday Party is canceled before 30 days, there will be a full refund
If the Birthday Party is canceled between 7 days and 30 days before the party date, half the amount (50%) of the party is non-refundable
If the event is canceled within 7 days of the party date, the full amount of the party is non-refundable
Cancellations must be received in written form, either by email or regular mail, within the time frames mentioned above - the Event Captain will confirm cancellation via email and phone before issuing any applicable refunds.
WCM is not responsible for "Acts of God," including severe weather. In the case that the Birthday Party is canceled by WCM solely because the Premises cannot be used for the event in a manner acceptable for a Birthday Party, in its sole discretion and determination, the Birthday Party Host (the individual(s) who paid for the Party) will receive a full refund of all amounts paid to date within 5-10 business days of the cancellation. WCM will not be liable to any individual in the Party, their affiliates, or their guests for any expenses or damages incurred by and in relation to the Party if it is terminated or postponed for the above reason.
