How Does Your Heart Work? Art & Read Aloud

In this special program brought to us by Guardians of the Heart, a student club of Scarsdale High School, we’ll talk about how blood flows through the heart and why colors represent energy.

Our art project is Watercolor Wonder – Paint a Heart! Kids will use red, pink, and purple watercolors to paint anatomical or imaginative hearts. Some may trace heart templates or use rubber stamps.

Members of Guardians of the Heart, with a mission to educate, spread awareness, and inspire action among youth against cardiovascular disease in youth.
