Put on lab coats and goggles and extract DNA from strawberry cells. Really.
Using real laboratory equipment, students learn about genes and DNA while being guided through the scientific procedure of DNA extraction.  Students can take their sample home as a souvenir.  

Recommended Ages: 3rd grade to 5th (or higher); Two sessions, 11:30am  and 1:30pm
First-come, first-served basis, limited space available. Must be present at start of program.
