We welcome special guests from Grandpa’s United to help us celebrate Grandparents’ Day!

10:00 AM – Storytime: A grandpa from Grandpa’s United will read two or three books to our young Museum visitors on the stage.

10:30 AM – 12:30 PM – MakerSpace Activities: Hands-on crafts and activities for kids, grandparents, and other caregivers, led by the Grandpa’s United team. These activities will be designed so children can play or create something together with their grandparents or caregivers, with guidance from your volunteers.

The mission of Grandpas United™ is to use the wisdom, skills, and life experiences of Grandpas to strengthen our community. We serve as role models and mentors to support youth, inspire fathers, uplift one another, and stay engaged with purpose, fellowship, and respect.

We are making paper bag puppets in the MakerSpace with our grandparents!
