Move Like a Snowman! Winter Yoga Adventure for Kids!

Get ready for a playful winter adventure! Join us at the Westchester Children’s Museum for a festive holiday pop-up yoga class, perfect for little ones.
Led by Abby, the Museum’s very own certified yoga teacher, children will:
• Practice fogging up a mirror with their breath
• Move like their favorite polar zoo animals
• Team up for fun movement games
• Visualize a magical, meditative carpet-yoga mat ride over a winter wonderland
About our instructor:
Abby Stein is a 200-hour certified yoga instructor and Yoga Alliance member, specializing in children’s yoga through Pretzel Kids®. In 2025, she founded Long Dog Yoga, offering small group classes that help children cultivate a joyful mind-body connection and foster gratitude for healthy daily movement. By guiding kids to develop awareness of their body, mind, and breath, Abby supports strong relationships with themselves, their peers, and their communities, while providing tools for self-regulation and mindfulness. She is excited to partner with the Westchester Children’s Museum for the special Move Like a Snowman! Winter Yoga Adventure for Kids! series.
